Archetypes[edit | edit source]

The units in Impire are designed to fill different rolls similar to those commonly found in RPG parties. The type of roll a given unit is ment to fill can been seen by selecting the unit in the squad menu.

Damage Dealer[edit | edit source]

Damage Dealer units focus mainly on offense. In most cases this is by dealing damage, but some Damage Dealer units deal less direct offense, such as Shamans which stun enemies.

Healer[edit | edit source]

Healer units don't deal much damage or have much life. They do, however, have special abilities that allow them to heal themselves and other friendly units.

Tank[edit | edit source]

A tank's roll is to absorb damage. They have high HP and armor, but lack the offensive abilities of Damage Dealers or the support abilities of Healers.
